If you are working in the winter, then heaters are absolutely essential. Frostbite is not really the ideal way to prepare your hands for cooking. Try to get some cloths to mop up spills. Of course you are working outdoors so it is not really important to have a spring clean. Nevertheless you must keep the camp presentable otherwise flies will begin to take up residence with your. Knives are required for all purposes including cutting fish and boning fish. Of course you can go for very rustic items that just do the basic job.
